Welcome to Ramingining Community Knowledge Centre

Ramingining is situated west of Nhulunbuy, 30 km inland from the coast. The community and surrounding outstations are located on the Arafura Wetlands, which recently declared as a National Heritage Estate.
The community is serviced by the Ramingining Community Council Inc. The population is approximately 1,000 residents spread over thirteen clan groups. The main language spoken is Djambarrpuyngu. Other languages include Dhuwala and Dhay'yi.
